PRINTING/SCANNING

The following PCs contain/control the scan folders at each location. If there is a problem with scanning (especially any error referring to "SMB"), reboot these PCs first (or make sure they are on/running correctly). To quickly determine if the PC is operating correctly, try to connect to the scan folder at your location. Very simply, if you can't connect, the printer can't scan.

If for some reason you are missing a folder on your desktop, on your PC press the Start (Windows) button and in the box directly above the button type "gpupdate" without quotes and press enter. This will replace any missing scan folder shortcuts.
