Altek Helpdesk

The Altek Client Help Desk is available to you from 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). When calling or contacting, please have the LWC Customer ID number ready (TE1784) in case you are asked for it. Otherwise just let them know you are calling from Lansdale Warehouse.

Altek is only to be used for general IT issues, usually after you submit a regular tech support ticket and at the direction of LWC IT. However, if you are positive your issue falls under the types of issues Altek can help with, you may contact support using the methods below.

Types of issues to contact Altek support with:

  • General help with standard Windows software

  • Hardware issues with printers (lines on the printjobs, misfeeds, jams you can't fix, etc.)

  • Issues connecting to internet, receiving email (if it is only happening to you)

Issues that Altek can not help with:

  • LWC-specific software (Accuplus, Accuplus Custom Reports, Bartender Barcode Label Printing, etc.)
